Q: How much will people be willing to pay for my home?
A: It depends … there are many factors that determine the market value of property: Condition of market, location of property, most recent sales activity to name a few.

Q: What do Sellers have to disclose about a property?
A: Nevada Revised Statute 113.130-113.140 requires all Sellers of residential property in Nevada must disclose any and all known conditions and aspects of the property which materially affect the value or use of residential property in an adverse manner.

Q: Where do I start to get financing?
A: There are financing options to fit almost every type of Buyer. Your real estate agent knows about loan programs for first time home buyers, second home purchases, relocation buyers, and luxury home purchases. Ask your RE/MAX Agent and consult with your personal banker or financial institution.

Q: Why would I want a real estate agent to buy a new construction?
A: Whereas, most new home sales associates are cordial they exclusively represent the builder. A Buyer's Agent can save you time and money by personally assisting you with area knowledge, product selection, negotiations, inspections and more.
